Q. How long will it take to receive my certificate?
A. With a passing score of 75%, your certificate of completion will be emailed to you within 3 business days. If
you need it sooner, please contact us.
A. If you do not pass the test the first time, you will be notified and allowed to retake the test up to 3 times with no extra
charge.
A. We will
report your credits to the State of Florida, but it is your responsibility to report your credits to the ARRT when it is time
for your renewal.
